June, 2007 -  September, 2007
Project Manager or
Bear Stearns Derivatives Merrill Lynch Equity Derivatives
Served as the Listed Equity or Index derivatives SME for the Institutional Broker IB and Institutional Advisor IA website development and re-deployment team.
Elicited from the business sponsors missing requirements associated with internal BEARTRADE system for processing of listed equity options working with wire frame and web developers to develop new DMA Bear options trading.
The designed GUI interface was compiled to be both state of art, compliant and allow for modular expansion in the future.
My role was to supervise the design of 2 views internal and client facing to facilitate and check wire frames for cross functionality to present to management for signoff and then to supervise the design and build of mock ups, get buy in from users and hold focus groups with clients and IA s.
Ultimate goal was to establish a best of breed idea that was clean functional, compliant and modular.
The website was designed, wire framed and mocked up on test servers at the time of the Bear fund implosions, the project was placed on hold at that time and Bear options trading has since been rolled into the J.P. Morgan trading desk.

August, 2005 -  June, 2007
Senior Business Analyst or
Morgan Derivatives
Working with the JP Morgan s subsidiary NEOVEST to implement DMA Direct Market Access for JP Morgan institutional Equity Derivative traders. Working closely with the business to plan for the implementation of a more functional and robust trading platform .I defined the pricing and applied pricing structure for listed derivatives on the in house and database schema's. DMA was chosen because of the JPM or Neovest tie in, however in order to do direct market access new piping and messaging had to be conceived, mapped out and programmed .I flowcharted the old and the new proposed systems, highlighting bottlenecks and areas where throughput could be maximized. This involved BRD s fix messaging changes, especially for multileg trades Use or test cases and facing with compliance and getting end user feedback internal and external. In addition to working across various order entry systems ie black box algo trading package and the quant designers and smart routing the end product encompassed a change in the point of liquidity access provider and a restructuring of systems processing from end of day batch to intra day micro batch.
