Mr.Kyne has worked with PeopleSoft products since 1994. Mr.Kyne has completed over 20 PeopleSoft implementation or upgrade projects spanning the entire suite of PeopleSoft applications including CRM, HCM, Financials, Staffing Front Office and collaborative applications including Enterprise Portal. Mr.Kynes diverse skill-set and flexible attitude have enabled him perform all project roles ; from project manager thru functional lead, technical developer, system architect and DBA. Mr.Kyne has used his extensive application and technology experience to help clients migrate to the web services based integration technologies provided in PeopleSoft 8.45 Mr.Kyne has utilized the full features of the PeopleSoft Integration Broker to integrate PeopleSoft and external modules. Integration technologies adapted include Business Interlinks, XML Link Registry, SOAP based Web Services integration, Application Messaging, Component Interface, Open Query API, Application Engine, Enterprise Portal Solution and single sign-on. Mr.Kyne is currently a technical lead on a project to implement PeopleSoft Financials or SCM, HCM, CRM and EPM for an ILEC telecom company. Net applications with PeopleSoft CRM Sales and Order Capture. Mr.Kyne was responsible for the functional configuration of PeopleSoft Sales and Order Capture, configuration of the Integration Broker and PeopleSoft Web Services to expose components to. Net and the development of custom Business Interlinks to implement and expose business scenarios defined by the client.

Mr.Kyne has lead Fit-Gap or Prototype sessions to match Jeppesens functional requirements to PeopleSoft delivered functionality. Mr.Kyne configured PeopleSoft Call Center Applications to meet the needs of a global support organization.
Mr.Kyne implemented complex Case and Quality Management Workflow requirements designing Workflow Events, Actions and Business Processes to meet Service Level Agreement requirements.
Mr.Kyne has designed and developed customizations to the base PeopleSoft application to facilitate identified system gaps. Customizations included custom Account Manger notifications and pager based case escalations.
Mr.Kyne is also the lead integration architect and has implemented the following integration points
A custom batch Worker interface using Oracles Advanced Queuing and PeopleSofts Application Engine. The application engine updates the Worker Component via a Component Interface.
A custom real time customer interface with Oracle Financials using Java triggers to populate XML based PeopleSoft Application Messages via the Integration Broker. The message subscription PeopleCode updates the Company and Contact components using Component Interface technology.
A custom real time customer interface to transmit SOAP based XML Messages via the Integration Broker to PeopleSoft CRM from a remote location.
Mr.Kyne developed several complex case metrics reports using Crystal Reports to analyze data from the case audit table data. The metrics reports were used to enforcement Service Level Agreements.
Mr.Kyne tuned the Case Entry screens to optimize case save process. My Kyne accomplished this through a combination of Application Server tuning, Workflow configuration, Index modifications and customization to Application Class peoplecode.
Genesis Health Ventures, 8.4 Fin, HCM 8.8 Upgrade and 8.4 Expenses Implementation Mr.Kyne completed a PeopleSoft 7.5 to 8.4 and 8.8 upgrade. Mr.Kynes functional and technical skills are being used to mentor and assist the internal project team. Mr.Kyne is responsible for ensuring the success of the upgrade process by guiding Genesis through their customization re-engineering and re-application process, implementing PeopleSoft Expenses and assisting with the configuration of the PeopleSoft 8.4 internet architecture. During this upgrade or implementation Mr.Kyne has helped Genesis migrate to the real time integration provided using Application Engine, PeopleSofts Web Services, Application Messaging and Component Interface to accomplish real-time and near real-time integration.
Fastaff, Technical Team Lead Mr.Kyne was the Technical team lead for the implementation of PeopleSoft version 8 HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Enterprise Portal, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Billing, CRM Front Office for Staffing and Pay or Bill Management. He was Involved in extensive development and maintenance of PeopleSoft Application Messaging for the synchronization of data between Front Office, HRMS and Financials. Mr.Kyne developed a Visual Basic application to enable the rapid entry of time into the Pay or Bill module and a Java based application to analyze the flow of data between applications using Application Messaging. This integration was accomplished through the use of the PeopleSoft Component Interface and Open Query API. Mr.Kyne implemented the PeopleSoft Enterprise Portal Solution and customized it for Fastaffs specific needs. He enabled Single Sign-On for enterprise integration of 3 PeopleSoft production databases and performed Application Server maintenance and Database support. Additionally Mr.Kyne performed both the functional and technical lead roles for the implementation of Position Management, Health and Safety, Salary Administration or Reviews, Commitment Control, Recruitment and a complex implementation of Benefits Administration. Mr.Kyne provided on going maintenance support for implementation of Tax Updates, W-2 Year End processing and custom batch processes and interfaces including an XML based Cobra interface via the Application Engine.
Loma Linda University and Medical Center, Technical Team Lead/Co-Project Manager Mr.Kyne was the Technical team lead and co-project manager for an upgrade of 2 PeopleSoft HRMS databases from version 7.02 to version 8 SP2. His responsibilities included analyzing existing customizations and re-development of the customizations using PeopleSoft version 8 tools and technology. Mr.Kyne adjusted the Application Engine programs to incorporate client specific customizations, developed upgrade plans, executed production test moves and completed final production move. He developed an Address Change Form application using Visual Basic and PeopleSofts Component Interface to automate the loading of electronic address change forms.
PeopleSoft 8 Implementation Mr.Kyne reviewed all Accounting, HRMS, Payroll and Benefits business processes and mapped these to the functionality provided by PeopleSoft version 8 HRMS and ERP. He installed and configured PeopleSoft version 8 Internet Architecture and developed detailed upgrade project plans for PeopleSoft HR, Payroll and full Benefits Administration.
PeopleSoft 7.5 Financials Budgets Interface Mr.Kyne developed a custom interface between Microsoft Excel and PeopleSoft General Ledger to upload Journals from Excel Spreadsheets to PeopleSoft GL via the PeopleSoft Workflow Message Agent.

Stanford Linear Accelerator, Functional and Technical Lead Mr.Kyne was both the Functional and Technical Lead for this PeopleSoft version 6.0 Payroll implementation. He led the effort to fit the clients business needs into PeopleSoft functionality while keeping customizations to a minimum. Mr.Kyne developed Leave Accrual and MEA processes using SQR, COBOL and PeopleTools. He performed technical troubleshooting for the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Purchasing implementations.
Holy Cross Health System, Technical Lead Mr.Kyne was the Technical Lead for this PeopleSoft 5.1 General Ledger and Asset Management implementation. He managed the development of conversion scripts, modifications and interfaces. Mr.Kyne designed and developed interfaces to and from Essbase and the legacy systems. He was responsible for database maintenance and management and for the management and direction of other technical consultants. After the implementation of version 5.1 Mr.Kyne was retained to complete the upgrades to version 6.0 and then version 7.5. He developed Workflow Business Processes to detect journal-processing errors and route the erroneous entries, based on ChartField values to individuals authorized to correct the errors. Additionally, Mr.Kyne developed workflow processes to detect interfaced journals, submit these journals for editing and posting and to alert the authorized individuals. He implemented journal approval process.
Brookhaven National Labs, Technical Lead Mr.Kyne was the Technical Lead for this PeopleSoft General Ledger and Project Costing implementation. He designed and developed custom reports for FIS reporting for the Department of Energy. These reports were developed using nVision to extract and compare Project Costing Actuals to Budget data. Mr.Kyne managed a large-scale conversion of historic and current data utilizing a combination of SQR and Oracle SQL*Loader. Project Costing was used as the central reporting system and summarized journals were generated and posted to General Ledger.
James Madison University, Technical Consultant Mr.Kyne was responsible for the design and development of the HR/GL interface from PeopleSoft Payroll to PeopleSoft General Ledger. He designed and developed custom security involving both account and department constraints.
