Objective

Seeking position as Industrial Maintenance Technician, Process Engineering Technician or Field Service Technician utilizing skills gained through combination of education and experience in industry.   Experience consist of working in a dynamic, multitasking, data driven, state of the art industrial environment as a Process Technician and most recently employed in a heavy industrial environment as an electrical/electronic CNC controls technician. Prior experience emphasis on purchasing, installing, modifying, calibrating and troubleshooting a wide variety of robotic and industrial equipment and controls and introducing equipment into production processes.

Major responsibility included troubleshooting all CNC machines used in building #7 while working with many types of controls like but not limited to different generations of Siemens, Acromatic, Fanuc, Mazak and Allen-Bradley. Experienced with troubleshooting between HMIs, PLCs, discreet devices and pnuematic/hydraulic systems. Experience includes programming/troubleshooting using relay ladder logic, machine M and G codes and being trained and using Renishaw Ballbar, Renishaw and HP laser alignment procedures.
