Oracle 8.1.7.2 Marketing Data mart - Worked on the marketing Data mart project, created off of existing cable data and Operational Data Store. Jobs included creating, maintaining and running shell script, packages and procedures, SQL scripts to extract data from a large database over the network based upon the customer s criteria. Analyzed and worked out back end requirements for the Oracle storage and performance along with the production support DBAs.
E. piphany 5.0.6.1 Marketing Data mart - Web-based customer analytics, campaign management and fact-based personalization to provide all customer touch points and a single view of the customer. Working in a team of 4 provided solution that consisted of designing, developing and maintaining Epiphany application 4.0 thru 5.0.6.1 version enabling Strategic Marketing and planning group SMP to run campaigns and Reports. This mart had to use the data mart tables as external tables to stores data in its own metadata. The Epiphany metadata, functionality and front end was designed, developed and implemented as well. Also, worked on migration job to upgrade Epiphany to the released version in test, QA and then production environment. Worked intensively on the internal releases of the application to add functionality.
Query optimization and performance tuning for data extraction queries running on Very Large Database using indexing services, UTLSTAT reports, third party tools, Explain Plan and by monitoring Alert logs.
Created in house applications using Developer/2000 forms and reports with Oracle 7.3 and Oracle 8.5.1.2 in the back end, help desk support for these applications as well.

Worked intensively on a multi-million dollar project to re-engineer the business processes and application development for the Dealer Services Division of ADP. Data Warehouse to hold automotive industry vehicle repair and service information.
Used Oracle Designer/2000 to model the Data warehouse. Created entity relationship diagrams, Process flow models and Function hierarchy diagram. Worked on the CRUD analysis and generation preferences. Created the data dictionary and the Database. Generated Forms, Menus and Reports by using Modules directly or by using capture Design option. Worked on the Developer/2000 to customize generated forms, menus and reports to retrofit through the Designer/2000.
