General Manager established and ran new US based subsidiary of Teligent AB Sweden. Products included value added applications for the telecommunications network. Responsible for US staff of 6 SME s plus Administrator, legal and CPA and portfolio management, customer support and income/expense reporting.
Supported and expanded niche product sales with Ericsson US wireless. Annual sales valued at $5M.
Negotiated/created partnering contract with Tekelec, Inc as distributor of Nabla applications ; revolutionary concept providing applications at the SS7 STP level. Sales totaled $2M in 3 years.

Pioneered new product/design concepts using Intel based UNIX platform for General Processor Unit. Benefits included lower sales price, shorter time to market and greater margin. Directly generated more than $18M in revenue over 2 years with billing application indirectly another $40M.
negotiated $2M in sales of offline central office administration tool.
Developed and ran joint planning process between AGCS, parent company AT and T and GTE.

Started as a member of the project team for the GTD-5 EAX International central office product line. Promoted to Project Supervisor with a staff of 8 in 1982 and to Project Manager in 1983.
Successfully project managed 2 releases of the product Software, Hardware and documentation. Pioneered project development in 3 countries with budget of $30M. Product deployed in Italy and Belgium on schedule and in budget.

Became Project Manager of the main revenue producing product for AGCS, GTD5 EAX domestic version while CENTREX PBX functionality was added to the switch. Budget set at - 40%, schedule at - 50% of plan. Target met. Installed in 650 sites. Project praised for high quality and support.

Responsible for reporting EVDO professional services revenues and costs to management and improving reporting processes by creating innovative tools to reduce effort in financial analysis.
Reduced data manipulation of financial analysts by 25% with creation of specialized toolbox to manipulate and analyze data more efficiently ; replaces and improves on Excel tool functionality.
Reduced creation time of reports by 50% by creating specialized early-revenue/new-order breakdown report. Created new report that allocated opportunities to responsible team members.

replaced manual process with automatic process that analyzed quarterly revenue items typically 2000 items for early recognition. Process identified entries with correctable errors in base documentation and with labor rates in a target range. Process run on 4 consecutive quarters. Created specialized biweekly report for manager providing quarterly financial projection data on multiple projects based on sales funnel status. Reduced 4 days of manual analysis to 10 minutes.
Designed not completed database process with multi-user Web access to replace current Excel process for biweekly report production. Used Asp. Net 3.0 ; Visual Studio and VB. Net. Goal to reduce effort in report preparation.
