Implementing BCCS, the main billing system for Green Packet where integrates other external system into Portal Infranet 7.3. BCCS is supporting the core product like WiFi, VOICE and WIMAX rating, billing and invoicing.

Installed the development/test/staging and production environments and provide environment support.
Help to automate the release management process in development and test environment.
Gathered customer and system requirements and developed functional and design specifications for production CR.
Provided vision for the architecture of the Infranet implementation that included A/R, rating, billing and invoicing.
Liaised with vendor and users Service Partners to ensure delivery of bespoke development of Service Partner interfaces.
Perform performance test in production machine to tune the system in order the system to be able to cater for the users up to 3 years specific for WiFI and Voice WiMAX

The TME program is a global initiative in Japan Tobacco International JTI structured in 2 phases, of which the first phase was completed in April 2004. The program objective is to develop and enhance the Trade Marketing and Consumer Marketing department's capabilities to visit the right outlet at the right time by using Siebel Sales.

Manage TME Program relationship with the market ensuring program scope is valuable or applicable, communications are ongoing and structured and activities between market or program

Support Siebel Sales Localization and coordinates the Trade Marketing AS-IS Analysis, Support Interface design, data conversion, coordinate new interfaces build and support Test and Data Validation activities
Support Siebel Sales Application Set Up preparation of LOV file for Laptop, initialization of local databases for mobile clients, Siebel responsibilities set up, etc. and coordinate communication between Local and Central Team for issue resolution.
