Responsible for looking over 15 - 20 undergraduate students and providing them with information, advice and practical assistance during the laboratory session.
Assisting the undergraduates using analytical techniques and interpreting the data obtained from these.
Asking fundamental inorganic questions based around their experiments to make student aware of what is happening on the molecular scale of the reaction.

Reviewing, assessing and Marking the written experimental reports of these individuals and reporting to the academic supervisors.
