This system supports centralized customer management, sales and marketing processes, project management processes, scheduling and the entire certification process which is the main business line for DNV. The system is built on Siebel application. The project involves gathering of requirement, design, coding, testing and roll out of the application across 41 countries and in 31 languages in a phased manner as Phase I, Phase II and Phase III in 7 drops.
Coordinating the data migration from different countries is the main challenge here.
