My duties include : hiring, training, supervising and scheduling service employees ; computer and accounting responsibilities ; and tracking inventory and ordering supplies .I am also in charge of the custom creative commercial design of the restaurant, : logo and signage-creation, menu production, advertising and promotional materials production and designing and maintaining - the look and feel of the restaurant through the creation of custom d cor.

GPA : 3.4 My junior year I decided to shift away from criminal justice to pursue my passion for wildlife .I finished my criminal justice degree with biology courses instead of electives in order to begin my wildlife program of study .

University of Montana , Missoula , MT - Wildlife Biology , 1994 - 1999 . 124 Semester Hours . GPA : 4.0 . I am 8 credits shy of my Bachelor s Degree in Wildlife Biology having been diverted by marriage , moving and the demands of motherhood . My focus in school was on ornithology and native plants .I need a mammology and fisheries course to complete my degree and await the time when I can do so . My course work focused on the management of wildlife and habitat , problem solving , forestry and communicating with the public .
