Provided Perl automation for evaluation of Exchange Server e-mail message content as provided by the Kana Server. This used an Oracle 9i backend. The goal was to verify that the XML generated the correct content based on the Oracle 9i data and the Transaction information. Perl had to access the information via Outlook. Over 1400 lines of code were developed and demonstrated in 3 weeks using no formal requirements.
