Served as a Content Manager to facilitate the streamlining of content flow into E-Hunt, the Hunton and Williams Portal, using Plumtree Technology. Responsibilities included meeting with various business groups in the firm and analyzing their data flow and how best to import into E-Hunt. Coordinated with the Applications/IT group to determine the most appropriate means of import into the portal and what technologies should be employed to facilitate each particular need. Worked directly with the programmers to tailor each request and coordinated with the groups to ensure the functionality of each application. Tested and followed the applications to ensure proper functioning.. Served as the lead liaison between the IT group and the various business groups for all Portal issues. Set up intranets and permissions as needed for each group in the firm. Created user groups and and determined permsissions needed for each function.
