OLE Automation Technique

Used this technique to create Excel files to transfer quality data to excel file.

SAP GUI CONTROLS

Created custom developed ALV Grid control, where the user can switch from Display mode to Change mode.

In the Change mode user can edit the data like adding an entry, deleting an entry and changing an entry.

Data in the Grid control gets saved in a custom table.

This functionality is used for maintaining SPC limits.

Upgrade from 4.6B to SAP ECC 6.0 and Production Support
Used transaction SPAU to reset the objects to original.

Unicode
All custom developed programs are checked for Unicode compliance using the transaction UCCHECK.

REPORTS

Implemented report to Upload XML file data into the corresponding inspection lots. XML file contains the supplier quality data. The data is checked against the spec and updated to the corresponding inspection lots.

Worked in Business workflow event triggering, event coupling and error workflow for MM, PP objects to facilitate data transfer between the subsystem and the SAP system.
Modified the standard Business Object BUS2005 production order to meet the customer requirements.

Event Linkage is Activated. ie Business object, Event, Receiver type task are configured.
Events are triggered using the FM SWW_WI_CREATE_VIA_EVENT.

User exits
Activated Screen exit for Screen no. 8459 in the program SAPMV45A, using the screen-painter, the required fields are painted for the user to enter the data. Using the User-exit include MV45AFZZ the corresponding fields are populated in the table VBAP.

Implementation of SAP R/3 QM/PP-APO modules for Wacker Siltronic A.G Germany-Burghausen, USA Portland, Singapore. Extensive usage of ABAP/4 Programming was done to develop reports and interfaces.

Responsibilities include Preparation of Technical Design Specifications, Unit Test plans and Table access diagrams. Responsibilities include in developing the following objects for Certificate of Compliance Report to match with Global Wacker Siltronic business processes. All the developments were handled from Germany Burghausen. Actively involved in the rollout to Production for both USA Portland and Singapore plants.

Modified the Standard program RQCAAP00 to meet the Global requirements of Wacker Siltronic CoFC-creation-process :

1. The DummyCC Transaction : ZQM010 is a based on dummy-data which is forwarded to the customer, who verifies that first solution.

2. The CCpreview Transaction : ZQM011 is a possibilty to verify the measured data in the database before the usage-decision is made and a delivery is created. SAP SCRIPT
Developed Sap Script Layout Z_QM_QCERT_08A to get the required output for the CofC. Also implemented the logo and barcode printing functionality.

ARCHIVING

Developed Archiving process for archiving every CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE which is sent to the customer with in SAP. Here the program generates an object-ID which is defined by the delivery number and the archived version. After that graphic-part and the electronic CofC are archived. For the customer-specific electronic CofC s and all additional sheets an entry in the Connection table is made with the object-ID after archving them with SAP-Archiving system

Developed Special Electronic CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE with shipment summary for customer INTEL. The data is downloaded as comma delimited ASCII file. Familiar with third party tool IXOS.

TIME DEPENDENCY REPORTS
Created WEEKLY REPORTS for customer IRC. Which covers all the Inspection Lots created through Production Orders during last 1 Week with Usage Decision for customer IRC. The data is downloaded as comma delimited ASCII file. The data was extracted from database tables AUSP, INOB, MARA, MAKT, QALS, QAMV, QASE, KNA1, QAVE, RLGRAP, QASV, QCVM, CABN, CABNT, CAWN, CAWNT. Each file sent to the customer is Archived with in SAP. Here the program generates an object-ID which is defined by the date field and customer name. An entry in the connection table is made with the object-ID after archiving them with SAP-Archiving system.

Created MONTHLY REPORTS for customer INTEL Which covers all materials created during 1 month, Inspection lots created with Usage Decision, all characteristics attached to the inspection lots, measured values for each characteristic, calculation of statistical values like MIN., MAX., AVERAGE, STANDARD DEVIATION etc. Each material data is downloaded as 1 comma delimited ASCII file. All materials data is downloaded as another comma delimited ASCII file. The data was extracted from database tables AUSP, INOB, MARA, MAKT, QALS, QAMV, QASE, QASV, QCVM, QAVE, CABN, CABNT, CAWN, CAWNT, RLGRAP, KNA1. Each file sent to the customer is archived with in SAP. MODULE POOL PROGRAM
Written a module pool program to list Archived COFC S and Time dependency reports as per selection criteria using table control. User can select and download into file.

SPECIFICATION IDOC DOWNLOAD
By creating a new production-order then an IDOC with the MIC2 s Inspection characteristic which have to be reported in the CofC has to be downloaded to Wacker MES Manufacturing execution system for data selection.
The IDOC is triggered every time a new production-order is created and released which causes the generation of a new inspection lot.
Developed Online Report which selects the IDOC-data and triggers the Download.

QM-IDI INTERFACE
Created Program to download inspection specifications using QM-IDI Interface Function Modules, This program is triggered through Workflow whenever a New Production Inspection Lot is created. These Inspection specifications are downloaded to Wacker Quality Sub-system.

Creation Check Extraction : This is an outbound interface. The standard SAP program creates a file of all check information. The data is extracted from SAP and converted to the proper file format for use by the client.
Load document master : This is an inbound interface. The legacy document s from the MCS document master is uploaded into SAP 's document master through transaction 'CV01'.
Reports : Developed a Interactive report comprising details of VENDOR'S Invoice. The details of Invoice are entered in a external system and uploaded into SAP after performing some validations basic report with invoice details is generated and the list is mailed to the designated user using SAP inbox.
Material Management Module : Inventory and warehouse management : Interacted with finance module personnel for configuring automatic postings under inventory management. Configured the system for performing ABC analysis under inventory controlling. Created and processed relevant transactions like transfer requirements and transfer orders.
