Roles and Responsibilities

Exchange

Disaster recovery of exchange server.
Check for the configuration of Active directory for smooth and effective functioning of Exchange services.
Cluster failover operations.

Analyze and fix mail flow issues. This requires coordination with the IT department of the recipient organizations
Creating and managing Conference rooms based on Exchange resource manager.

Blackberry

Troubleshooting Blackberry account creation and activation issues.
Troubleshooting server related issues faced by the VIP users in the Blackberry handheld. Additionally, handling general end user escalations.
Applying security patches.
Applying software updates.
Configuring Mail attender for autocleanup.
Configuration of Proofpoint based on spam mails.

VM ware :
Virtualization of physical servers and removing the physical server from the network.
VMware server migration.
Applying patches to VM Hosts.

Windows Server :
Check for performance issues of servers and client applications and proceed towards resolutions.
Handling DFS creation and access issues.
Handling account lockout issues.
