SUMMARY : 18+ years successful experience as an Information Technology Manager, Systems Administrator and a Network Analyst. As a manager, I are a hands on manager. Essential mission : Migrate 2 AS400 System 36 machines to non System 36 AS400s Y2K preparation.

Stabilize system backups failing at 50 %, because of manual process, automated the process and set up alerts to notify of success, failures. Backus were 98% successful when I left.

Worked with Software vendor to convert code to Y2K compliant code on System 36 machines.

Put in new Network Server, Exchange 5.5 system, updated all desktop PCs

Software audit and purchase to bring licensing into compliance.
