This is a web-based E-Human Resource Development Group which facilities all the Human Resource Development Group like HRDG to post new courses offered with in DRDO and outside DRDO. All the employees who are willing to apply for the desired course fill the Nomination form on Online. All the Nomination forms goes to HRDG with some validations these is posted to TECH-DIRECTOR according to employee s DIRECTORATES. From TECH-DIRECTOR to HRDG from there to MAN POWER DEVELOPMENT CENTER where based on the courses attended the employees posting information is send to HRDG. HRDG will update the Employee Module to facilitate the Employee status to attend the course and the posting of employee. All the generated reports is viewed by DIRECTOR according to courses offered or number of postings done. The data base is ASLDS.
