In 2002, spent time in Europe focusing on sales of specialized software that supports PeopleSoft change management and version control. Trained sales force on how to identify prospective customers and how to position the product for effective selling. Efforts resulted in 600% revenue increase over the prior 3 years combined for European sales.

Based on experience with prospective and existing clients and technical understanding of the product, the market and PeopleSoft, I provided several suggestions on how the PeopleSoft change management product could be enhanced to provide additional value, many of which are implemented.
