Medical Records Department or Technician - My duties include pulling charts daily, releasing medical records and archiving charts .I are trained to assist patients with their contact lenses. Additionally, I perform general office duties and running specific reports daily and monthly .I are most trained with the clinical staff. My duties include refracting, visual examination, visual fields, HRTs, pressure checks and cataract pre/post operations.
