The City of New York has opted to upgrade its Financial Management System FMS to a newer version of the application based on the Advantage 3 platform. FMS is an enterprise-wide application developed to support the City s financial management operations for accounting, budgeting, capital projects, vendor information, contracts, procurement and expenditures. The FMS/3 project is a long-term 5 years for full deployment, with long-term application maintenance following and is done in phases. The initial phase includes the deployment of a vendor support website and partial deployment of the purchases capabilities to replace aged systems at the City of New York, Department of Education a $15B organization. These functions are due to go live in December, 2006. Beyond that, the project will roll out purchases to the remaining City agencies, accounting functions and budgeting at various points over the next 4 years

ROLES AND RESPOSIBILITIES
As a member of the Q and R team with a specialty in Business Objects which is the query tool being used for the reporting in the FMS/3 project, Miss Dubois was responsible for the following tasks.
