The AccOrd, CAF system is an enhanced ASR tool. Whenever and wherever possible, Accord will process the ASRs automatically, routing ASRs to different systems and departments for data retrieval and validations. Accord performs numerous validations, with CABS being the primary source of most checks. Other data retrieval sources include the Premises Information System, Trunk Integrated Record Keeping System and Business Marketing Expert System. When CAF had retrieved all the data from the other systems, it validates the data internally.
