Virtual Simulation Particle Therapy
Duration : 2 years Team Size : 4 VSim-PT involves treating the cancer cells with Carbon and Proton Ions which is more effective compared to the IMRT treatment with Photon and Electron Ions. The Particle Therapy is a advanced positioning technique which makes it possible for the tumors with sub-millimeter accuracy.
This module treats both the Ion and Non Ion treatment, it does the contouring, patient marking and creation of beams which would include the initial dose volume conditions. This module integrated a 3rd Party application called KUKA which helps in the patient positioning at the time of Ion treatment which contains the Robotic arm, table and the beam positioning.

Training

MCTM Misys Certification Monitor - This is a project which deals with the laboratory is responsible for monitoring the quality of all testing . This means that MCTM must do more than track the certification records or device inventory . The lab bears the burden of overseeing QC programs , training non-lab personnel to perform tests and proving to regulatory agencies that testing is being performed as required by CLIA HHS regulations and CAP College of American Pathologists guidelines .
Blood Bank Maintenance - This was an enhancement project . The product was developed using legacy application mumps . The environment and workflow in which Blood Bank Maintenance is utilized includes Transfusion Services and Donor centers . These are highly regulated work environments with strict guidelines ; policies and procedures intended to protect the health and safety of the staff and the products and the patients . These policies and procedures are overseen by several agencies , like the AABB American Association of Blood Banks , JCAHO Joint Commission of American Hospitals and the FDA Food and Drug Administration .
HIPAA - LABORATORY PRODUCT HIPAA COMPLIANCE - This is a project to incorporate stricter security measures into the LABORATORY software in terms of enabling different levels of security to patient data and the user interface . This project is done as per the Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act HIPAA , USA The purpose of this project is to identify and modify the M programs to log the patient details like date of when the patient details were accessed or viewed , time of access , device number , function code , username , patient number , episode id , accession number and Lab location when report is generated for 25 Functions like AD , ADIQ , RE etc . This will allow the client to be compliant with the final mandatory rules of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act HIPAA .
5.3.3 PROJECT- This is a re-engineering project where there were 3 enhancements made to the Order Entry Module . This enhancement evolves triggering of rules when an order is placed on a patient in the Laboratory Information System .
RECEIPT AT CID Container Identification - This is a client project for an NMH site . This project resolves the issues with the update of container receipt date and time in case of robotics laboratory . The project is rolled out to a future build for all SMART sites since the problem affects any robotics laboratory .
6.0.1 Defect Fixing Blood Bank - This is a defect-fixing project from the Engineering Service Team . This project resolves the issues with the defect fixing in GUI and Cache 4.0end .
