FACILITIES
Successfully Co-Managed Facilities Operations over seeing site maintenance and repair operations, coordination of maintenance-related projects and initiatives utilizing internal and external resources .I developed a strong customer communication, identifying top priorities, lessoning escalation issues while reducing overall costs of services.
In addition to my sustaining responsibilities I drove several cross-site preventive maintenance projects Boiler/Chiller/Cooling Tower Repair Teams, Training Best Known Methods resulting in improved safety, efficiency and organization effectiveness. Coordinated Total Productive Maintenance initiatives to improve productivity and establish Facilities Standard Operating Procedures and Business Plan .I established an annual site tour of external Facilities Managers in partnership with Productivity Association to demonstrate our Total Productive Maintenance tools and techniques.

Program Manager for new product technologies that utilized existing manufacturing systems set up inventory to work with process tracking systems.
I have marketed product information to internal customers presenting at Manufacturing Business Update Meetings to improve Manufacturing s product awareness resulting in higher throughput. Responsibilities included providing weekly management updates and developing an indicator package illustrating inventory, throughput, line yield and improvement opportunities.
Designed and Marketed a Yield Improvement Campaign resulted in increasing manufacturing Line Yields from 75% to 95% in less than 1year setting a new standard for all of Intel Manufacturing.
