Carrying out following tasks and duties as per assignment or schedule by the Section Manager : Analysis of daily C7 - report for international signaling data links in all Int'l gateways EWSD and 5ESS.
Review IRR and verify roaming data in international gateways EWSD and 5ESS for SCCP or MTP routing changes/updates required for implementation.
Using MAS7 CT and PA Tool, Monitor the traffic load on particular C7 - links especially during Hajj and Ramadan periods, on that basis suggest link load sharing or alternative routings.
Assign point codes for national nodes and issue HW equipment assignments for new SDLs.
Escalation of problems and coordination at appropriate levels to facilitate prompt response for better customer satisfaction.

Coordinating with NOC s, ETAC, NNCC, TDO Implementation, IN and SS7 and other groups for resolution and completion of different tasks and problems.

Configuration and implementation of TDOs for C7 signalling data link, MTP, ISUP and SCCP routing, Nailed-up connection between SN to STP, GTT for National, IN, International Gateway EWSD and 5ESS and Int l roaming.
Prepare TDOs Traffic data orders for the Digit Analysis, Routing, Trunks, Charging, PBX DID/DOD and subscriber updates and modification. Responsible to route PSTN calls, GSM calls, Nat'l and Int l roaming, C7 signaling, SMS, VMS, IN, Free Phone, Prepaid and Audio text etc.

Verification of ODD of all 5ESS, Service Nodes SN, RSMs, RAN and Local Exchanges, International Gateways, Operators, Intercept and other network elements.
