Description of the project :
Sales Express aimed at providing a loan origination system to the Wells Fargo agents. The project used the AGILE methodology during the software development lifecycle. Customer profile provides the facility to view the details of the liabilities, personal information and other details of the customer whose loan has to be originated.

It involved agent to view and selected the various offers that is given to the customer and to choose the best among the same. This was an enhancement project and involved the part of handover from the earlier team handling this and arranging the KTs for the rest of the team.

Responsibilities :
Was 1 of the key members of the Requirement Analysis phase team for the project.
Did the Estimation for the module using Fixed Price Estimation model using AGILE methodology.

Description of the project :
CORE
Hybrid project is aimed at efficient and faster processing of Mortgage for customer. This system is being used by Home Mortgage Consultants HMCs at Wells Fargo Company.

The Closing Fee capability allows the user to review and modify all closing fees associated with a loan. It displays Closing Fee information for both first and second mortgage and gives agent capability to add or delete any closing fee for a customer. Along with this per-diem amount for each fee is calculated to be available for the agent.

Maintain Prepaids capability allows the HMC to view and modify the mandatory and manual fees applicable for an applicant before a lone is started off. An agent cannot view the prepaids page till he has filled some pre-requisites for the customer and has checked the applicant s credit score to be lying in the allowed limit.
