Echo Investment is a real estate investment company which operates about 60 projects per annum. Currently these projects are run as an unrelated portfolio but now, as they focused on doubling the number of projects being run each year, they want to implement a Programme management office PMO to consolidate the various project strands under 1 programme framework.
My key responsibility is to : Lead the cross-functional project team to create the PMO, implement project management methodology for the company based on PMBOK, train employees. Giving planning support for shopping center, office, housing and mix use projects in different phases from the feasibility study for acquisition of the land till the grand opening and end of fit-outs, namely :

I worked as a Primavera Authorized Representative in Poland .I led 3 important Primavera implementation projects 1 IT services company, 2 construction companies and ran a, business critical, series of training sessions. Acting as engagement/solution manager for other big clients, analyzing their problems, defining requirements and offering tailored solutions.

Project Manager

Worked on the feasibility study of a regional development project in Poland. My company was a member of an international consortium .I lead the team responsible for preparation of resource loaded time schedule and budget of the investment using P3, preparation of subcontract documents and preparation of the final quality control plan for the project.

Project Control Manager

Acted as senior scheduler in this refinery project in Turkmenistan. Responsible for planning design, procurement, mobilization and construction activities and preparing budget and cash flow of the project. From project initiation my team was responsible for planning detailed work schedules, preparing weekly work orders, following the progress on site, updating the schedule weekly, preparing weekly progress reports comparison of baseline and actual s-curves - using P3, managing the subcontractors. Additionally, I was responsible for analysis of actual costs and preparation of the monthly reporting pack showing planned vs. actual cost comparison.

Responsible for preparation and maintenance of level 2 resource loaded schedules using P3 for the 4 major projects CCR, MSCC, Lube-Oil units, Tie-ins in Turkmenbashi Refinery, Turkmenistan. Prepared programme budgets, cost analyses and status reporting packs.
During this period, I took part in ISO 9001 certification works and prepared procedures to define, update and manage planning schedules and the associated budgetary impacts.
