Consulted and setup direct connections for EDI routing for SPS Commerce clients.
Scheduled out switch over dates with our minivan routing system and internal databases to activate data transfers.
Provided end user support for our team with and served as a trainer to our new employees that worked in our EDI Implementation dept for data routing with our minivan tool.
Worked with Lotus Notes and Excel 7 to get information from 1 of our several databases EVISION to monitor the relationships between vendors and hubs.

Supported a variety of issues from password resets for over several different internal systems, to Microsoft Office software to their complex patient database called Cerner.
Performed most remote troubleshooting/synchronization for the end users regarding their PDA hand held devices.
