Assistant Indexing Lead and DI Processor 6 years : Responsibilities included using a proprietary windows/imaging program to verify and validate legal title insurance documents. Assisted in scheduling work assignments for other employees, prepared management reports, researched special accounts and researched old and new member s accounts.
Policy Operations Operator 6 years : Responsibilities included processing insurance policies for mortgages and home owner policies. Balanced mortgage accounts with banking statements.
OCR Prep Operator 2 years : Controlled cost accounting of policy documents. Reconciled electronic banking deposits for the insurance policies.
Data Entry Clerk : 4 years : Financial data entry for the accounts receivable department entering invoices and other financial data. Reconciled the system to all company ledgers to assure the system was in complete balance.
