Project 1
Title : CAN protocol implementation .
Role : Software development
Duration : 3 months .
Description :
This project was just a prototype implementation of CAN using pic16F877A controller . A stand alone controller was used for implementation with a transceiver .
A simple application of temperature sensing and controlling was done .
Project 2
Title : Biometric Switch Control

Description :
The BCS is a unit which is control a machine/Equipment using fingerprint sensor . Only authorized person can able to control the Equipment . 400 users is stored in the inside the unit .
Project 3
Title : ATM for impaired .

Description :
This project helps a blind person to withdraw an amount from the ATM . A keypad is interfaced with the micro controller to make the entries of the user like password , withdrawal amount , etc . When we are pressing some keys , besides the display a voice playback IC ISD - 2560 will tell the keys pressed to the blind people . To maintain privacy , headphone is used . For the use of ordinary people , LCD display is provided . When an ATM card EEPROM is inserted , the machine will start giving guidance to the user through voice .
Project 4
Title : Authentication and tracking system using RFID .
Role : Software development
Duration : 3 months .
Description :
The technique of implementing RFID is used in any critical places and this project provides the flexibility of authenticating various persons which is used for security purpose .
A card which is an RF tag that has a unique number encoded in it , is provided to the staffs . When the person shows his RFID tag to the receiver at the room s entrance , the number is registered at each room and the corresponding details of the card is communicated to the central computer . Then the central computer based on the details authenticates the person and a database is created . These registries are used to locate a person . Thus this system is highly useful in hospitals and offices .
PIC Board development

Description :
The Development Platform board is based on PIC16F877A from microchip . It s an 8 bit controller and is intended to serve the R and D prototype development . It operates up to a range of 20 MHZ . RS - 232 protocol is implemented for communicating with the PC A 40 pin berg is provided on board which consists of some address lines , data lines , control signals for interfacing with the add on modules like LCD , keypad , I2C and SPI and a Serial Port is provided in order to interface with PC
