RF Engineer 2G/3G ERICSSON, HUAWEI

I am dedicated to monitor and enhance the performance of 2 BSCs which are Ericsson BSCs and keep good coverage of whole the BSCs
Monitoring and analysis on a daily basis for cell counters according to KPIs
Traffic analysis and make necessary expansions.
Checking cell relations and make necessary changes.
Increase or decrease the power the cell.
Drive test analysis.
Improve the network using real time reports MRR, FOX, NOX, FAS from RNO under UNIX operating system.
Preparing CDD and checking BSS parameters.
Tuning the system parameters and Planning for site swaps and sites distribution to achieve better optimized network.

Find, Recommend solutions and prepare relevant Work Order Documents CR, frequency, new feature/technology or modification documents.
Applying new and available radio and traffic features to get interfered air interface and to get traffic balanced network.
I prepared the frequency plan for the Syrian-Turkish border depending on the agreement between Syrian operators and Turkish operators.
And in case of coverage problem I need new site or I need to make some modifications as the following : Site design using planning tool and survey on field.
Transmission survey using planning tools and survey on field.
Produce Radio Document for site specification Site coordinates, location, # of sectors, # of TRXs configuration, antenna type, Azimuth and tilt, height, Produce Site Database BCCH, MAIO, HSN, LAC, CID, NIEGHBORS,...

Site modification change antenna type, high, azimuth and tilt, change mast location, add TMA, TMB to achieve required objective or enhance site performance.

I participated effectively in making the nominal cell plan and selecting sites for new 3G network for Syriatel network.
Field survey for 3G new sites.
Produce the Radio Document for 3G site specification.
Taking into account the conditions of co-located 2g, 3g site.
Produce Site Database for new 3G site Scrambling codes, neighbors, 2g neighbors...
Checking the drive test for the new site on-air.

3G Site modification to achieve required objective or enhance site performance.
